Questions about house removals
How far in advance should I book a house removal?
As early as you can, especially for Fridays, month-ends and school holidays. If your completion date is not yet fixed, send an enquiry anyway and tick the flexible-date option.
Can you move us if our completion date changes?
Let us know as soon as your date moves and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Any terms about date changes will be set out in your quotation.
Do I need to empty drawers and wardrobes?
Ask us when we prepare your quotation — it depends on the furniture and how it will be moved. Fragile or valuable items should always be packed separately.
